K. S. Aiyar & Co., was established by Mr Kalyan Subramani Aiyar in Calicut in 1897 and then he moved it to Mumbai in 1900. We are the oldest Indian Accounting firm of the country. Sevachild India Foundation is a joint venture of KS Aiyar & Co with Sevachild USA. SevaChild connects sponsors with rural village children living below the poverty line.

K S Aiyar Foundation is a not-for-profit Private Company, dedicated to the vision of Late Sri Kalyan Subramania Aiyar, who is recognised as Father of Accountancy in India.
3D Art Gallery
KS Aiyar & Co’s premises at Mumbai serve as an Art Gallery for the display of paintings by artists. The gallery operates with a noble cause of promoting new and upcoming artists.
Father of Accountancy
Founder Mr Kalyan Subramani Aiyar, born 6th June 1859 is regarded as the Father of Accountancy by The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
Mr K S Aiyar set up the firm in Calicut in 1897 and then moved the Firm to Mumbai (then Bombay).
Mr K S Aiyar was a pioneer in Indian Accountancy and of the Accountancy profession, but an educationist at heart. While the Firm grew under his leadership, he regarded the Firm as a medium to further the cause of commercial education. He was instrumental in procuring permission from the Society of Incorporated Accountants & Auditors UK, for training apprentice’s in India for their London examination.
K S Aiyar spent the evening of life in Bangalore until his end came on 2nd January 1940. Even during his sunset years he gathered many friends and admirers.
